The Internet service CloudMe wins Red Herring 100 Europe Award 2012

Linkoping, Sweden - April 26th, 2012 - CloudMe.com, one of the worlds leading cloud storage services has been selected a winner and awarded the Red Herring 100 Europe Award. The company was selected by Red Herring as one of the top 100 private companies based in the EMEA-region that play a leading role in innovation and technology.

Past Red Herring Award winners include companies such as Google, Yahoo, Skype, Salesforce.com, and YouTube.

Red Herring's editorial staff evaluated more than 900 private companies through a careful analysis of financial data and subjective criteria, including quality of management, execution of strategy, market potential, and dedication to research and development. Red Herring selected 200 companies out of the 900 as Finalists. At the ceremony held in Amsterdam, 100 of the finalists where elected as winners of the Red Herring 100 Europe Award.

CloudMe focus on media files and a great user experience. This has resulted in a rich web user interface and powerful apps for iPhone and Android. Basic file storage and sync features are also provided similar to well-known competition.
